Q

What are list views?

A

List views are used to quickly segment lists of records and they allow you to action multiple records at the same time (change owner on multiple records/accept all records in a queue). Can create custom views of records (i.e. my leads in last 7 days).

Q

Do List Views impact Security?

A

List Views DO NOT impact security. If a users cannot view a record, it will NEVER appear within a list view. Meaning, two users can have different results appear within the same list view because their access is set differently (same with Reports).
