There’s 5 types of evidence age documents, what are they?
Proof of age card, drivers licence, passport, keypass card, Victorian learners permit
LCRA What is section 124?
An offence for someone to give their evidence of age document to another to intended use for proof of age
Offence to wilfully or negligently deface or interfere with proof of age
What is section 127?
Allows PSO on duty at designated place to seize evidence with the exception of valid drivers licence. Only seize on BORG that it’s fake or misleading.
What is section 126 (2)
On duty and at designated place have power to demand name, address and date of birth
What is section 126 (4)
An offence to refuse to provide name, address and date of birth or give fake details
What is section 126 (5)
Able to arrest after giving warning, and person continues to refuse name, address and date of birth
What is section 126 (6)
Under age of 18 cannot be let go, needs to be handed to member of police force
LCRA What is section 123
Under age of 18 must not purchase or receive liquor from another person
Must not possess or consume liquor
