- Midline nevus over forehead and nose, initially faint then hyperkeratotic and then yellow-brown
- 2/3 cortical dysplasia
- glial harmatomas
- low-grade gliomas
- hemimegalencephaly
- enlargement of lateral ventricles
- Epilepsy 75%
- Intellectual disability 60%
- Hemiparesis
- Homonymous hemianopia
