difference bet dermatitis herpetiformis in lesions.

A

Clinically similar to DH, but there is more blistering. Patients present with annular or grouped pap-
ules, vesicles, and bullae, distributed symmetrically on trunk and extremities (Figs. 6-20 and 6-21).
Very pruritic but less severe than DH

Patients do not respond to a gluten-free diet
