Engine Oil Pressure
5psi min for ground idle 35 psi min at 80-95% N1 50psi min above 95% 110psi max in emergency power range 150psi max for cold weather starts
Engine Oil Temp
149*C
Eng XMSN/Transmission Oil Temp
140°C for comb, aft, or fwd
190°C for eng 1/2 XMSN
Transmission Oil Pressure
7psi min for ground idle
20psi min for 100% RRPM
20-90psi normal operation
Rotor Limitations
106% max transient power ON
108% max power OFF
108% is exceeded, no entry needed unless 111% is exceeded
111% max transient
Operation between 92 and 97 percent is permitted when water taxiing
Cruise Guide Indicator
At or below 98% RRPM with inop cgi is prohibited
Any excursion into the red or yellow band for more than 45 seconds requires an entry on the appropriate mx forms
Starting/Shutdown Limits
APU shall not be started with a tailwind in excess of 25 knots
Engines shall not be started with a tailwind in excess of 10 knots
N2 Limits

Wipers shall be off at airspeed above 130 knots

Make sure airspeed is less than 100 knots before door is closed in flight
Left Side Cabin Escape Hatch
Shall NOT be removed or installed in forward flight
AFCS Limitations
Single AFCS operating limit is 100 knots or Vne, whichever is lower
Aircraft may be operated with both AFCS off up to 160 knots or Vne, whichever is lower
Types of Operation
VFR - Day and Night. IFR flight is prohibited
Shock Absorber Vent Valve
Below -18°C valve must be OPEN
Above -1°C valve must be CLOSED
Between -18°C and -1°C valve may be OPEN or CLOSED
Dangerous ground and flight conditions can result up valve is in the wrong position
Flight in Ice
Flight into known icing is prohibited
Water Operations
Operations on water are not permitted
APU
APU operation in flight is prohibited except during emergencies
Pitot Tube and AFCS Sideslip Ports
PITOT HEAT switch shall not be on for more than 5 minutes on the ground
Windshield Heat
Shall NOT be used ABOVE 24°C
Single Point Refueling
Max rate of pressure is 300gpm at 55psi
Fuel Tanks
Fwd L/R- 122/119 gallons
Main L/R - 278/274 gallons
Aft L/R - 118/117 gallons
1028 gallons total
APU Start
UTIL HYD PRESS caution light should go out within 30 seconds after APU ON light illuminates
If not, then APU switch OFF
PWR XFER Switches
HYD 1/2 PRESS lights go out within 30 seconds
If not, PWR XFER switches both OFF, DO NOT FLY THE HELICOPTER
Engine Start
Engine should accelerate to ground idle within 45 seconds
Engine Oil Pressure 5psi minimum for ground idle
Engine Inlet Bypass Panels
Need to be removed at temps 4* and below
