They will absorb the light.

What do transparent materials do to light?
They transmit it.
How is light transmitted (or traveled)?
Through waves
What is light transmission?
Is when light passes through something, like a window.
What is refraction?
It’s when light changes direction when passing through a substance with a different density, like water.
Does light travel faster or slower in water?
Slower.-More dense.
What colours are in the light spectrum?
Red,orange,yellow,green,blue,indigo,violet.
How do we see colours?
If there was a green t-shirt, the pigment in it would absorb all the colours from the light spectrum except green, leaving the t-shirt green to the human eye.
What happens if all 7 colours are combined?
They become white light again.
What do luminous objects do?
They give off light.
Do mirrors reflect light or do they reflect what they see?
They reflect light.
What is translucent, opaque transparent?
Translucent=blurry
Transparent=clear
Opaque=solid, no light passes through.
