English people began using Norman names: William and Roger
Most villagers had to do more labor work on their Lords land or higher rent
Language began to shift to incorporate more French words
Women had less rights than they had before 1066 due to Norman laws
What where some continues to village life ?
No new methods of transport
People’s fears remained the same
Most people still worked as farmers
Most aspects of daily life didn’t change
