(in bradycardia treat brady first with atropine or pacing)

A
1mg /kg
repeat .5 mg/kg every 5-10 min for a total of 3 mg/kg
reduce dose 50% in pt over 70 or with liver failure, HF, bradycardia and conduction disturbances
(can build a drip at 2-4 mg/min)
