A
stable narrow complex tachycardias that are unconverted by adenosine and vagal maneuver.

A
hypotension, chf shock vtac *ensure pt does not have wolff-parkinson-white

A
15-20 mg iv bolus over 2 min.
additional dose of 20-25 mg can be given after 15 min
