A

A

From ANO:

The CAA may provisionally suspend or vary any licence issued under this order pending enquiry into or consideration of the case.

The CAA may in sufficient ground being shown to its satisfaction after due inquiry, revoke suspend or vary any such licence.

A

MOR scheme (Mandatory Occurrence Report)

Form SRG1602, CAP382 detailed guidance, in general all incidents involving safety will be reported on this form. MATS part 1, section 6, chapter 2.
