Failure to appear (FTA)

A

failing to appear for, comply with, respond to, or pay a traffic infraction or criminal citation for a moving traffic offense.

If you dont comply within 15 days of notice, the court notifies us and we will mail you a notice of suspension. You then have 45 days to comply or they will suspend your driving privilege.
