Intrapersonal
Psychology processes within the person.
How a person organises his perceptions, evaluations, behaviours, in his environment.
Interpersonal
How the behaviour, affect, and cognition of someone is affected by others and the situation around them. Eg norm formation
Intragroup
Positional
How social positioning influences behaviour (e.g. Roles and group membership, social status and interactions)
Intergroup
Ideological
Influence of general beliefs, cultural norms and social representations of an individual.
For example Lerner’s Just World Hypothesis
Paradigm
A world view, a way of simplifying the worlds complexity by making fundamental assumptions about the nature of the universe, individual, and of society. (Ratcliffe 1983)
