Piece of Pie
This is NOT the most common spelling. Look up /ee/ in the middle as EE. Look up /eye/ at the end as Y.
Oil Boy
Use OY at the end. Use OI anywhere else.
Turkey
This is NOT the most common spelling. Look up /ee/ at the end as Y.
Audience Saw
Use AW at the end. Use AU anywhere else. See also: Crawl on the Lawn. (Note short-o vs /au/ sounds: if you’re not sure, look it up using O. But not at the end of a word. There, use AW.)
Crawl on the Lawn
Use AW if followed by JUST ONE Nice Letter.
Shown the Bowl
Use OW for the /oe/ sound if followed by JUST ONE Nice Letter.

This is NOT the most common spelling of /oo/ at the end. Look up /oo/ at the end of a word as EW. Look up /oo/ at the end of a syllable as U.
