What are Granular Leukocytes?
A
These contain abundant granules within the cytoplasm. They are neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils.
Example sentence: Neutrophils are the most abundant type of granular leukocytes.

What are Agranular Leukocytes?
A
While granules are not totally lacking in their cytoplasm, they are far fewer compared with granular leukocytes. They are monocytes and lymphocytes.
Additional information: Monocytes play a key role in the immune response.
