PREPARATION:

A
  1. Intake of Glucagon prior to examination or
    introduction of CM (use to relax abdominal
    muscles)
  2. Light Evening Meal
  3. NPO at midnight
  4. Food withhold for 8 hrs. (<1 y/o = 4 hrs., 1 y/o = 6
    hrs.)
  5. No Breakfast until exam is finished.
