Board of Directors
- 8 members
- Set policies and procedures that will guide the fraternity
- Act as supreme governing body of the fraternity between meeting of the Chapter Congress
- Charged with approving fraternity budget, annual goals, overseeing performance of CEO and strategic planning
- Charged with responsibility of measuring how programs assist chapters and members to reach the vision
Chapter Congress
- Consider and vote on amendments to the Constitution and Statutory Code
- Elect the president and executive vice president
- Set fees for student members
- Elect the Board of Directors
Management Team
Responsible for servicing the chapters of the fraternity within the guidelines of policies and procedures set forth by the Board of Directors
Heritage Center
1) Maintains the financial and membership records of the fraternity and the Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation
2) Receives and disburses all fraternity funds
3) Maintains addresses and records for all members/chapters
4) Issues all certificates and membership cards
5) Edits and distributes all fraternity publications
6) Purchases and distributes chapter supplies, emblems and insignia
7) Administers the performance evaluation of chapters
8) Follows up on all past due accounts
9) Performs the directives of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee

10) Handles all general correspondence of fraternity activities
11) Aids in arranging and publicizing all fraternity and foundation educational programs
12) Keeps the minutes of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee
13) Conducts expansion activities and arranges for installations
14) Distributes ritual supplies and official jewelry
15) Prepares reports of fraternity meetings
16) Conducts public relations for the fraternity
17) Processes application for honorary/faculty memberships and Distinguished Service Awards
18) Supervises chapters when necessary

Chief executive officer of the chapter. Presides at all meetings and appoints all committees.
Executive VP

Responsible for the completion and submission of the Annual Chapter Report (ACR) to the Heritage Center and for the proper instruction of pledges. A chapter may elect more than one vice president and divide the above duties. Your chapter’s Bylaws, as well as tradition, will dictate officer positions and responsibilities.
Secretary
Jonathan Pham
Keeps the minutes of all chapter meetings. Responsible for proper handling of chapter correspondence and is custodian of records and documents.
Treasurer
Lydia Toy & Raj Paghdal
Responsible for the collection and disbursement of chapter funds, proper maintenance of accounting records, and forwarding membership records, fees and clearance records to the Heritage Center. The treasurer is bonded by a surety bond carried by the fraternity for the faithful performance of the position.
Warden
Dane Kimura
Guards the entrance to chapter meetings and rituals.
