Each spouse has a right to manage and control the community property independently of the other, unless:
1. It is a transfer of real property,
2. It is a transfer of a personal property dwelling, household furnishings, or clothing,
3.It is a gift to a third party for less than market value and the non-giving spouse did not give written
consent, or
4. One spouse has primary management and control of a community property business.
