A complete protein contains all the essential amino acids.

Salmon, tuna, sardines, dark green leafy vegetables, avocados, sesame seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds
Name three vitamins that are important to get, and tell why they are important.
Vitamin C- needed to make collagen
Vitamin D- build bones and make them strong
Vitamin K- helps your blood clot
Where are minerals found?
They are found in the earth, rivers, lakes, streams, and oceans.
Name two minerals, and tell why they are important to your body.
Calcium- strong bones
Iodine- helps our thyroid
Sodium- maintain the proper balance of minerals and water
