Is a symbol, word, or words that are legally registered or established by use as representing a company or product. It is also a sign capable of distinguishing goods or other services of one enterprise from other enterprises.

Trademark Infridgement
Inventors are granted exclusive rights to a product or process that presents a technical solution to a problem in any human activity which is new, inventive, and industrially applicable. It allows the inventor to exclude others from using, making, or selling the product of the invention. They may also grant others the permission, or license to use their invention on mutually agreed terms.
Patent
Constitutes the ornamental or aesthetic aspect of an article. It may consist of three-dimensional such as shape of an article or two dimensional features, such as patterns, lines or color.
Industrial Design
Protects the aesthetics of the design of the product created by the person.
