What is مصدر ?
A
The root wood which other words are made from
it gives the meaning of an action without any tense
for example نصر (helping/ to help)
in english it usually ends with - ing or starts with to

What is مشتاق ?
A
The اسم which is made from a مصدر. eg nasir (helper) from nasr (to help/ helping)

A
The اسم which isn’t made from other words, nor are other words made from it eg رجل (rajul)
