Structured interview
Interview questions are conceptualized and asked during the interview itself, allowing for flexibility when it comes to the questioning
Unstructured interview
Interview questions are prepared beforehand, but are open ended, allowing for further responses.
Semi-structured interview
Job-related questions how an applicant will react work-based situation presently or in the future.
Situational interview
Job-related questions how an applicant reacted to a certain situation in the past.
Behavioral interview
Job-related questions focusing on work-based behaviors gained from previous employment or educational background.

Stress interview
The interviewer will ask questions along the way, without using any type of format or rating system. These are mostly opinion based
