It is the right of the employee to be free from any kind of harm or injury in the workplace

It refers to the right of the employee to have their physical and psychological well-being preotected from illness
Health
Refers to tghe evaluation of an employee’s work performance if it’s up to standards
Performance appraisal
It is an advisory role within the upper management that deals with all facets of employees concerns and relations
