These are essential to many different bodily functions. They help the body use carbohydrates, proteins and fats

For growth, good eyesight and healthy skin.
Vitamin A
Body needs for many chemical reactions involved in metabolism. Involved in brain development during pregnancy
Vitamin B6
Helps keep the body’s nerve and bloodcells healthy
Vitamin B12
Genetic material in all cells
DNA
Is an antioxidant, it is important for your skin, bones and connective tissue. Also known as ascorbic acid
Vitamin C
Helps your body absorb calcium
Vitamin D
One of the main building block of bone
Calcium
Its needed for the different functions of the nerves and muscles
Vitamin E
Promotes blood clotting by increasing the prothrombin content on the blood.
Vitamin K
Nutrient that are needed in many body processes
