Printmaking

Relief printing
is a commonly used printing technique where the inked image is transferred (or “offset”) from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface
Offset printing
It is a design that is scratched, engraved or etched into a small plate. The incised line or depressed area is filled with ink, which under considerable pressure leaves a sharp impression on damp paper.
Intaglio printing
- a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil.
- Today, it is widely utilized since it is reasonably inexpensive and allows for the use of a variety of colors.
- Posters and T-shirts provide good examples.
Screen Printing
- It is literally drawing or writing with light.
- It has significantly changed how we document both our daily lives and the evolution of civilization.
- It is the only media that can accurately and faithfully capture truth.
Photography
like photojournalism, aims to capture the authentic historical moments while highlighting the zeitgeist of the time by framing the scene via the appropriate angle and lens.
Documentary photography
- is a contemporary interpretation of an age-old landscape painting practice.
- Landscapes are captured in artistic photos that beautifully display nature’s wavy shapes and vibrant colors.
Landscape Photography
capture the true essence of the subject, depending on how the photographer sets the camera and employs lighting, one can very creatively and artistically highlight particular features of the subject.
Portrait Photography
Modern technology has made it possible to produce art using only the most basic visual resources by layering and manipulating them any way you see fit.
Digital Photography
one of the most often used contemporary forms of art because of the speed and capacity of modern home computers.
Photo editing
Another common type of digital media employed by contemporary artists is video art.
Video art
- can be created for free by anyone with access to a computer, tablet, phone, laptop, or other electronic device.
- can create fascinating visual stories that impart graphic ideas, concepts, and reflections of the modern world through a contemporary medium.
Digital art
