Usually in the store the shopkeeper will ask you “ के चाहियो ? and not “ के चाहिन्छ “
(past tense form, but present tense meaning) “What do you need?”
I should say “ upstairs पानि चाहियो .”
Water is needed upstairs

is called / is not called

to do something for someone
