i think people in small towns gossip more.the pace of life is slower there and people have more time to sit and chat they also know each other very well because it’s a small town. and since they are more traditional , every little thing can be taboo

i think people usually gossip about celebrities or famous people . it is harmless because they are not their friends.so nobody’s heart is broken. and it is also exciting to talk about famous people’s relationships and what goes on their life

when a person doesn’t feel confident in himself or feels that they cannot reach their standard they think talk about you behind your back makes them more exciting
