A

Two general drivers:

  • Beliefs: Constitute our knowledge about the world
  • Desires: Constitute how we want the world to be

Another element:
- Motivation: Direction, amount and persistence of effort that people exert towards certain personal or professional objectives. (Refers to goal-setting theory and automatic drivers of motivation)
