They verify that a projects energy related systems are installed in calibrated for optimal performance.
What are the steps for building qualification process?
The team should start with the basic environmental impact questionnaire then the team should consider holding at least one meeting with the landlord exit manager MEP engineer and construction manager.
Who should attend the initial meeting?
The tenant, landlord, architect, interior designer, engineers, lighting consultant, commissioning agent, furniture representative, contractor.
What must accompany each LEED prerequisite or credit?
Corresponding form is used to validate conditions through calculations, tests, materials data or other relevant information. Once the credit requirement has been satisfied, each form must be signed and verify by the person responsible for compliance.
For LEED certification portions of the final contract document must be submitted for third-party review by whom?
