criticism of OD

  • time (for all the join procedures and all the group meetings)
  • just incremental change (management should prescribe big transformational change)
  • persistence dilemma btw. (economic value it is costly and development of individual goal) So maybe a goal will be chosen by the employees which are not economic the most valuable
