realization of a common Goal. It is not prescribed my management but the whole org. participates.

Image of change in OD

criticism of OD
- time (for all the join procedures and all the group meetings)
- just incremental change (management should prescribe big transformational change)
- persistence dilemma btw. (economic value it is costly and development of individual goal) So maybe a goal will be chosen by the employees which are not economic the most valuable
