A

Lamellar granules (lamellar bodies)

A

Vesicles filled with lipids.
After apoptosis, the contents of the vesicles are released and fills the spaces between the dead keratinocytes.
Forms extracellular lipid barrier and decreases water permeability of the epidermis.
