Q

What did the Sheriffs Feild Experiment findings show?

A

The findings from Sherif’s Robbers Cave Field Experiment showed that intergroup conflict and hostility can arise naturally when groups compete for limited resources, but cooperation and positive relationships can be fostered when the groups work together toward shared goals. This highlighted how group dynamics and shared objectives influence prejudice and conflict resolution
