how does cohesion funding work and where does it go to?

A

works to strengthen the internal bonds of the European market economy by supplementing national efforts to reduce economic disparities, mainly through the use of funds from richer to poorer parts.
The funding goes to a specific regional project.

what are the criticism against cohesion funding?

A

More funds do not always mean more growth. They generate greater inequalities within poorer states. Not enough control on how subsidies are spent.

A

they want European citizens to enter the single market. And young people can have a free and cheaper education to develop themselves to young professionals

A

yes, because EU want workers to be trained in different MS with the same training to enter the single market. so after the market is harmonised, education system needs also to be harmonised.
