adaptation, (competency, identify)
what is volition
Volition: how an individual is motivated to perform an occupation
what pushses us as humans to do a thing or not
true or false: as long as you can do a task (physical and perfomance capacity) the nyou can actually do they activtiiy
false, also requires the volitioanl process
what are the 3 subdomains of volition
interestes
values
personal causation
explain the 3 subdomains of volition
interests (what someone enjoys, finds satisfying)
values (personal convictions/beliefs and sense of obligations (sometimes linked to cultural norms))
personal causation (sense of capacity, self efficacy)
whats the difference between sence of capacity and self efficacy in the moho
sense of capacity is more internal awareness of capabilities –> Refers to how an individual perceives their physical, cognitive, or emotional abilities
self efficacy is more dependent on what occupation –> Refers to an individual’s belief in their ability to successfully perform specific tasks or achieve goals.

what are the 2 subdomains of habituation
roles and habits
explain the subdomain of roles
Rolw identification(Role loss)
role scripts
purpuse (influence of roles on occuaptiona)
explain the subdomain of habits
habit patterns/routines
influence of habits in daily occupation (routine, style, time, space, purpose, function)
defintion of performance capacity nad lived body
perfomance capacity and lived body =
Physical and mental abilities that affect performance and experience through doing & being
an individual’s own experience of performing an occupation (subjective), as
well as other’s perception of that person’s experience and perception of that ability (objective)
what is the objective aspect of perfomance capcity
objective aspects like motor, sensory, cognition, communication that impact perfoamnce capacity on occupations
