A
  1. remove judgement and personal biases; focus on the facts
  2. be honest, sincere and empathetic
  3. provide in “small doses”
  4. face to face, private setting
  5. strive for a mix of constructive and positive feedback
  6. try to use “I” vs. “You”
  7. Be specific in feedback message
