A collection of events, activities and decisions that collectively lead to an outcome that brings value to an organizations customers

- Performed by a vendor, starts with customer submitting order for a product and ends with a delivery and payment
- May encompass order verification, shipment, delivery, invoicing

A
- Starts with customer requesting a price quote and ends with customer placing order
- Can be combined to quote to cash process

A
- Starts with determination that a given product or service needs to be purchased, ends with delivery and payment
- Can be considered as dual quote-to-quote process

A
- Starts with customer raising a issue
- Continues until ideally both agree on resolution

A
- Starts with request for a certain privilege, ends with approval
- Common in government agencies
