What is the Competency Values Framework (CVF)?
It sets out nationally recognised behaviours and values, which will provide a consistent foundation for a range of local and national processes. This framework will ensure that there are clear expectations of everyone working in policing which in turn will lead to standards being raised for the benefit and safety of the public.

What is the definition of self evaluation?
Ajudgmentmadeaboutyour ownwork,skills, abilities, etc., or theprocessof doing this. It can also involve looking at your progress, development and learning to determine what has improved and what areas still need improvement.

What is Gibbs Reflective Cycle (1988)?

What is Kolb’s Reflective Cycle?

What is the definition of teamwork?
Teamworkis the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. This concept is seen within the greater framework of a team, which is a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal.
Why do police forces take advantage of teams?
Police Forces use teamwork
- to take advantage of in-house resources,
- match or combine important skills
- reach out to other departments and agencies to help solve and reduce crimes
What are the different kind of teams in the Police force?
- Single unit/purpose (task force/drugs squad)
- Multi-disciplinary teams (major sporting events)
- Multi-agency teams (human trafficking).
