Controls coordination of motor system to allow:
- Precise motor movement
- Accurate timing of coordinated movements

- dysphagia - difficulty swallowing
- limb clumbsiness - slow, intention tremour
- gait problems - fall often, broad based walking
+/- visual symptoms (oscillopsia, nystagmus or square wave jerks), vertigo, nausea and vomiting
