  1. Dysarthia - issues speaking
  2. dysphagia - difficulty swallowing
  3. limb clumbsiness - slow, intention tremour
  4. gait problems - fall often, broad based walking

+/- visual symptoms (oscillopsia, nystagmus or square wave jerks), vertigo, nausea and vomiting
