Positive= hallucintations, disordered thoughts, delusions, catatonia (psychotic parts)
Negative= loss of emotional response, anhedonia, lack of motivation, cognitive problems

Around 1% of population
Males 1.4x more likely to develop
Strikes at early age- males late teens, female late 20s
