Differences and similarities of Kotter and Lewin model
A
Similarities:
- Describe the phases through which the change occurs in organizations.
- Focus on the application of the knowledge of behavioral science
- Involve the members of the organization in the process of change
Differences:
- The model change of Lewin focuses on the overall process of planned change and very simplistic and mechanistic.
- Kotter on specific organizational development activities. His model is more involved and specified.
