Creatinine clearance is to a decimal, one decimal so if they answer is 36.7 and you give 36.6 it will not count…the answer is 36.7 and if you give 36.77 its still wrong…its one decimal
SOAP notes are what we will send to our health care providers with our recommendations
If patient has asthma it would be nice to know if they are wheezing or not which can then change what the recommendation is
