What is differentiation?
What is unique about my product as
perceived by the consumer?
What is vertical/horizontal differentiation?
Vertical = More/Better/Smaller/Cheaper/Faster Horizontal = Offering different attributes,
Difference between features vs benefits.
People buy benefits, they don’t buy features.
