What is the difference of mechanical pain and inflammatory pain
mechanical
- better in morning, worse at the end of day, worse with activity, obvious aggrivating ativity
Inflammatory
- worse in morning, stiffness >30 mins in the morning, improvement with movement, night pain, no obvious aggrivating factor
what are yellow flags
risk factors that are likely to delay recovery
ex: unhelpful attitudes, compensation issues, catastrophizing and fear, work issues
