What are Objectives?

A

What the design SHOULD be, “measures of effectiveness” (low cost, positive environmental impact etc)

What is a how-why tree?

A

A flow chart with ways to achieve a goal branching off of the goal. ie easy to set up being the goal and requiring few people, being lightweight etc as the ways to achieve
