conflict between social equity and environmental. It is difficult to provide sustainable conditions for natural environment and susbsistence existing for working people.

- equity planner
economic development planner
city in competition with other cities, location of production, consumption, innovation and distribution
environmental planner
city is in competition with nature/ sacre sources, as consumer of resources and producer of waste
equity planner
the competition is within the city between different social groups
