behaviour occurs, followed by reinforcer that makes the behaviour more likely, but in superstition its a chance pairing or their is a contigency but it disappears (essentially misdiscrimination)

all it takes is one time

skinner found that pigeons were showing superstitious behaviours (wing flapping, pecking, random things that werent causing hte reinforcers but the pigeons thought they were)

so the answer is no and because its no thats how superstitious can occur

skinner just reinforced any behaviour

good as blue then good as green then good as blue in the positive condition (they u=just chill and watch)

bad is blue bad is geren then bad is blue again
