Timesheets are mandatory when employees apply WFH
Yes, on days when employees who have availed work from home on the HRIS application have not logged in the required minimum of 8 hours of work on the project management application, it will be considered as a half day (if hours logged in are between 4-6 hours) or full day leave (if <4 hours logged in). The RO is expected to log this leave on behalf of the employee after reviewing the timesheets.
Employees are allowed to take leaves during notice period
No. However, only under exceptional circumstances (Ex: Personal emergencies, planned prior personal commitments), the employee can avail leave during the notice period, after due approval from the RO
