What is Thorndike’s Law of Effect?
A
If people are satisfied by a reward, they are more likely to repeat that action. If they are dissatisfied with a reward/punishment then they are less likely to do it.

A negative drop in electric potential of the ACC following a mistake. This can be from an internal or external notifier of the mistake (depending on the task)
