RAPPS, right to keep and bear arms, no quartering, no illegal searches and seizures, no self incrimination, right to a speedy trial, right to a jury trial, no cruel and unusual punishment, more rights then those names in the constitution,

Schenck v us - Ruled against Schenck who claimed his 1st amendement was being infringed on. Supreme court rules in favor of promoting public order and safety tather than protecting schencks freedo of speech.

It ensures that states cannot make laws that take away our constitutional rights.

Mapp v. Ohio - they couldnt charge her for the magazines bc they were illegally obtained. The due process clause allowed for the 4th amendment to be applied to the states.
Miranda v. Arizona - Miranda was not read his rights so they could not prosecute him. The 6th amendment was applied to the states.
