The right of a country to regency a decision or a proposal made by the law which meant that the proposal would immediately be block out.
Covernant of the league
The name chosen by President Wilson to describe the constitution or charter of the league of nations. It comprised 26 articles which laid out the structure, rules, procedure and functions of the League
Collective security
The system by which the League of Nations have attempted to prevent or stop wars.
Plebiscite
When ordinary people can vote on what they want in the constitution.
Partition
The action or state of dividing, or being divided into parts typically of a country.
Arbitrate
To reach an authoritative judgement or settlement.
