Employees handle tasks with minimal supervision

Encourages creativity and employees work at their own pace

Deadlines missed, low quality and confusion

It is based on the leaders personality and motivation by example

Employees depend too much on the leader, work suffers if they leave.

Employees are encouraged to be involved /participate in decision making

Employees feel valued, are motivated and contribute ideas

Decisions are slow, members may overpower others

Ensure smooth operations, helps achieve goals, maintains profitability and viability and reduces conflict.
